 Pão de queijo

I ccok "Pão de queijo" for the first time.
(I used "Pão de queijo mix".)
Maybe, is it overcooking?

Soft chewy texture!
I think Japanese who like sticky rice cake ("mochi)", love that texture of pão de queijo.
The taste is also good!

In my lab, we had a special lunch at the restaurant.
The telephone number of this restaurant is non-disclosure.
We can't reserve tables.
It's very popular around here.

 Chinese preserving melon

Recently, I try to cook a chinese preserving melon.


The upper left is boiled that melon and chicken grind meat.
I heard if we preserve it under ventilation characteristic condition, it can be kept till winter.
It is responsible for its name.
I wonder this melon can be kept till winter.

 A supermarket for Brazilian

I went shopping to a supermarket for Blazilian.

The shop is small, but I can feel the sense an air of Brazil.
I remember the travel to Brazil fourteen years ago.
The store clerks and customers are Lusitanian.
Of course, the language I hear is portuguese language.

When I saw the menu of the cafe in that store, one female clerk talk to me.
"Hajimete? Nihongo demo iidesuyo."

I ordered one piece of Coxinha and a canned juce of guarana.
I think the dpigh of Coxinha is made of cassava flour.
The chicken and cheeze were included inside.
Brazilian eat it with hot source made of Tabasco.
It's a Brazilian croquette.
I love this.

I bought Pao de quijo and feijoada.

Today was a happy day!

 Cold noodle

My recent favorite food is a cold noodle.
I like a boiled egg as the following.
Sometimes I add an avocado.


I have loved a pudding.


And, with Temuco in weekend.


 Love ice cream

Recently, my coworker brought an ice cream maker.
I love the ice cream such as Haagen-Dazs.
So, I tried to cook delicious ice cream by myself!

I need a large refrigerator to use that ice cream maker.
There is enough space in the refrigerator in my office,
and therefore, I cooked weekend in my office.

The following is the strawberry and yogurt ice cream.

Hmm・・・ the taste is good.

Yogurt ice cream goes well with the apple including much water core.


Temuco is sleeping near my seat.
Very happy.


 Instant noodle

I ate instant noodles afetr so long.

The quality of recent products are very good.
The taste of some products is like fresh noodle.
They get a hit, and have a large sale.

But it is also the true that some people over 40s do not want such noodles.
My favorite one is the following old-style noodle.

Recently, I prepare lunch box almost every day.
I can enjoy cooking because the state of my health is very good!

1. Stir-fried egg plants and pork with bean past

2. Boiled fibrous beef and Japanese radish

3. Hamburg

4. Stir-fried pork, bean and bean-starch vermicelli

5.Chopped lotus root (and sometimes carrot) cooked in sugar and soy sauce

6. Chicken stew with taro, carrot, burdock, etc.

7. Green pepper steak
